Outstanding Customer Service:- The problem was there had been no update on the tracking code on USPS for a week, it looked like it was sitting at the depot or missing. I contacted snational shipping.upport and they tracked down the shipment, provided me with an alterntive tracking website & the reassurance that the freight option I had chosen covered the item if it went missing. I was impressed... They took the time to answer my question with detail. It in my opinion really look after their customers.

5 Billion Stars Wow. Where do I begin. First off, I never thought I’d be writing a review for a cigar club but since there are sooo many out there and I am soooo freakin thrilled with it, I have to. The cigars they send...month after month after month, I am blown away by favorites of mine, ones I’ve been wanting to try and ones I haven’t heard of but I fall in love and soon enough, I’m ordering bundles of that cigar online. Their customer service. STELLAR. I have cancelled other cigar clubs because I wasn’t happy with the cigars (I never thought I’d encounter an unsmokeable cigar, yet I have) or the terrible customer service. I’m so over the moon happy w that I have TWO subscriptions of 5 cigars/box (teehee). Opening each box is such an amazing experience.
