I've been a member for four months now and have been wow'd by their outstanding customer service and products. While I never have been a member of another cigar club similar to this, I find them to be exactly how they promote themselves. For instance, I prefer more milder, and shorter cigars to smoke (I mean who really has the time to devote 90 minutes to one smoke? lol). And since then they have provided me monthly with cigars that meet my preferences. And they also each month have one cigar that is a bit of a stretch outside my preference, be it a bit less mild than I am used to or a different size/ring. This is a great little service for all cigar smokers, but new smokers in particular. New smokers are going to be spending the same amount on random bundles and single sticks that might be hit or miss anyway. With the hand picking service based on your own reviews of each stick it helps ensure that there's at least a little less guess work as far as what you might like. The packaging and the little hand written notes are definitely a plus and adds to the overall unboxing experience each month.
